Why Is My Contacts Page Empty

This is the same situation as seeing no contacts in the list - check your active tab, search bar, and page number before assuming something's wrong.

Steps

  1. Click "All Contacts" to remove any tab filter.
  2. Clear the search bar.
  3. Check you're not viewing an empty page beyond your actual results - reset "Show [ ] per page" to a larger value or click back to page 1.
  4. Refresh the page if the table still looks empty after checking the above.
