Why Can't I See Any Contacts in the List

An empty contacts list almost always comes down to an active filter, a leftover search term, or being on the wrong tab - check these before assuming contacts…

Steps

  1. Click "All Contacts" to clear any Customers/Suppliers/Archived filter.
  2. Clear the search bar in case leftover text is narrowing the results.
  3. Check the per-page and page-number controls in case you're viewing an empty later page.
  4. If contacts still don't appear, try refreshing the page.
