What Qualifies as Contact Activity

"Activity" generally means a transaction tied to that contact - most commonly creating, editing, or paying an invoice or bill.

Steps

  1. Go to Contacts and check the Last Activity column for any contact.
  2. Creating an invoice for a customer or a bill for a supplier counts as activity.
  3. Recording or editing a payment against either also updates Last Activity.
  4. Simply viewing or editing the contact's own details does not count toward this timestamp.
