What Does the Archived Section Mean

The Archived tab is a holding area for contacts you've removed from your active list - their data and history are preserved, just hidden from everyday views.

Steps

  1. Go to Contacts and click the "Archived" tab.
  2. Browse contacts that have been archived. If none have been, you'll see "Archived contacts will appear here when you archive them."
  3. Restore a contact from here if you need it back in your active list.
