What Does Last Activity Mean in Contacts

"Last Activity" shows how long ago something happened on that contact's account - most commonly an invoice, bill, or payment.

Steps

  1. Go to Contacts and check the Last Activity column.
  2. It shows a relative time, such as "4 months ago" or "16 hours ago."
  3. A recent timestamp usually means a transaction was just created, edited, or paid for that contact.
  4. Sort by this column (where available) to find which contacts you've worked with most recently.
