How Do I View Archived Contacts Only

The "Archived" tab shows just the contacts you've archived, separate from your active All Contacts, Customers, and Suppliers views.

Steps

  1. Go to Contacts.
  2. Click the "Archived" tab.
  3. If you haven't archived any contacts yet, you'll see: "Archived contacts will appear here when you archive them."
  4. Once a contact is archived, it appears here and can be restored from this view.
