How to Identify Unauthorised Changes Using the Activity Log

Each row in the Activity Log shows what happened, where, and by whom - filtering by user or module makes it easier to spot changes you didn't expect.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Activity Log.
  2. Use the All Users filter to review a specific teammate's recent actions.
  3. Check the "By whom" column on any event that looks unfamiliar.
  4. Use the date-range picker to focus on the window where you suspect something happened.
  5. If you find a change you didn't authorize, consider restricting or deactivating that user's access from Settings → Users & Roles.
