Steps
- Go to Settings → Users & Roles → Roles & Permissions.
- Click a role template to see its module defaults and which users are assigned to it.
- Owner is marked "Locked" and can't be selected as a template - there's exactly one Owner per workspace.
- Assign the closest matching template to each teammate when inviting or editing them.
