Steps

  1. It means the Needs Attention, Suggested, and Escalated counts are all at zero.
  2. Every statement line that's come in has already been confirmed and moved to Posted Transactions.
  3. It does not mean there's no transaction history - check Posted Transactions and Statements for that.
