Steps

  1. On the Bank Accounts dashboard, each account card shows Needs Attention/Suggested/Escalated counts at a glance.
  2. Click into an account and use the same status pills on Review Transactions to see exactly which lines are flagged.
  3. Resolve a flagged line to clear it from the count. Once nothing remains, the account shows "All caught up."
