How Flagged Transactions Work in Sumung

Transactions that need your attention are flagged using the status pills on the Review Transactions tab: Needs Attention, Suggested, and Escalated.

Steps

  1. Needs Attention - a line with no confident automatic match. Review and categorize it manually.
  2. Suggested - the system found a likely match or category but wants you to confirm it.
  3. Escalated - a line that needs closer review, e.g. unusual amounts or repeated mismatches.
  4. Click any pill to filter the table to just that status, then open a line to resolve it.
