Why Is My Journal Entry Marked Posted

An entry is marked Posted because it was finalized - either saved directly with "Save and Post," or moved from Draft using "Post" in the row actions menu.

Steps

  1. Open the entry's row actions menu (⋮) to confirm its current status.
  2. If it was posted by mistake, click "Unpost" to revert it to Draft.
