Why Can't I Find My Journal Entry

A missing entry is usually filtered out by a status tab, search term, or the Archived toggle rather than actually gone. Click "ALL" and clear the search bar.

Steps

  1. Click "ALL" and clear the search bar.
  2. Turn on the "Archived" toggle to check if it was archived.
  3. Increase the Rows-per-page setting and check additional pages.

Good to Know

Journal entries are never permanently deleted - at most they're archived, so it can always be found this way.
