Steps

For a Draft entry, the menu offers:

  • View - open the entry in read-only mode.
  • Edit - open the entry for editing.
  • Post - finalize the entry.
  • Archive transaction - hide it from the active list (reversible).

For a Posted entry, the menu offers View, Edit, Unpost (reverts it back to Draft), and Archive transaction.
